Dr Suzanne Alt was professional, friendly, informative and thorough. She gave quick responses and clearly communicated via email, text and phone. She sent me pics of the pup and kept in contact with me. She gave me a folder with lots of good information and tips. She also provided 2 strips of chicken jerky for my pup for the road when I picked him up. She was super accommodating and definitely the real deal. My family and I have really enjoyed our beautiful new puppy. I’m following the diet she feeds her pups and he is doing great. I highly recommend anyone looking for a mini dachshund to go through Suzanne.
